Street of Dreams Theatre Announces Exciting Summer 2026 Season

Street of Dreams Theatre is proud to announce its highly anticipated Summer 2026 season, featuring four dynamic productions designed to engage performers of all ages and experience levels. With opportunities ranging from early elementary students through adults, this summer promises creativity, growth, and unforgettable moments on stage.

Leading the lineup is Mary Poppins, Jr., open to students entering 4th through 12th grade. This beloved musical invites performers into a world of magic, heart, and adventure, bringing a classic story to life with memorable songs and energetic choreography.

For high school performers, Street of Dreams Theatre will present Six - Teen Edition, open to students entering 9th through 12th grade. This is a special, one-time-only opportunity and a unique addition to the summer season. Unlike any production the theatre has done before, Six features only six principal roles, making this the first time casting cuts will be necessary. While not all who audition will be cast, the theatre plans to create multiple casts in order to showcase as many talented performers as possible.

This exciting, pop-concert-style production is designed to challenge performers, celebrate individuality, and bring a fresh, high-energy experience to the Street of Dreams stage.
Younger performers can look forward to Musical Minis: A World of Wonder, designed for students entering Kindergarten through 3rd grade. This program focuses on building confidence, encouraging creativity, and introducing foundational theatre skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Rounding out the season is a dedicated adult production, marking a return to an adults-only performance opportunity. After past successes such as Next to Normal and last summer’s all-ages production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, the theatre is excited to once again create a space specifically for adult performers. The title of this production will be announced soon, but audiences and performers alike can expect an engaging and entertaining show that will be well worth the wait.
