Special guest speakers for the banquet are former Lockport Township High School baseball coach and Hall-of-Famer Jim Hall and recently retired NFL player and former All-American Eric Steinbach.
More than 80 athletes and their athletic achievements in several
sports in the high schools in 22nd Century Media’s North Shore suburban
coverage area will be honored. The high schools covered include Highland Park, New Trier, Regina Dominican, North Shore Country Day, Loyola Academy, Glenbrook South and Glenbrook North High. Team sports that will be recognized are: football, boys soccer, girls volleyball, boys basketball, girls basketball, baseball, softball, girls soccer and boys volleyball.
Athletes will be honored with a plaque at the banquet.
