The Cancer Support Center: A Balance Diet for Life for the New Year

A
Balance Diet for Life for the New Year

Food plays an important role in our lives. It not only nourishes our bodies
but helps us to increase our energy, feel sustained and even joyful when we are
joined by friends and family. Some foods are nourishing and are essential to
good health and other foods actually deplete our system of important vitamins
and minerals. When we eat too many processed or refined foods, we feel guilty
and upset for making these choices. Wouldn’t it be exciting to create a habit
of eating nourishing foods 80% of the time and still enjoy all the foods you
like in moderation? With this 80/20 principle, you can get back on track
without feeling deprived or guilty. Call 708-478-3529 to register.
