Tim Ozinga Announces Campaign For 37th District
Tim Ozinga recently held a rally announcing his candidacy for Representative of the 37th District.
MOKENA, IL — Tim Ozinga, a Mokena resident and business owner, held a rally announcing his candidacy for Illinois State Representative in the 37th District. The rally was held Wednesday, Sept. 25 at Tuscany Falls Banquets, 9425 W. 191st St., in Mokena.
According to a release, Ozinga will address the need to restore Illinois’ prosperity by "restoring fiscal sanity and moral leadership in Springfield."
Ozinga is the executive vice president at Ozinga, a concrete and building materials business.

The opening for representative of the district comes after Rep. Margo McDermed announced she would not run for reelection in November 2020.
The 37th District includes all or parts of New Lenox, Mokena, Tinley Park, Frankfort, Homer Glen, Joliet, Lockport and Orland Park.
