Those interested in helping make a difference on a local level should meet at Village Hall, 11004 Carpenter St., at 9 a.m.
Clean-up day is sponsored and coordinated by the Mokena Community Affairs Commission and several Mokena and Lincoln-Way businesses, civic organizations and individuals according to a civic alert on the village website.
