3 Charged In Fight At Business In Montgomery

Police charged three people after an alleged incident in the 2000 block of Orchard Road on Oct. 28.

MONTGOMERY, IL - Three people were charged in what police described as a fight at a business in Montgomery Oct. 28.

Police arrived in the 2000 block of Orchard Road at 3:07 p.m. that day and charged three adults, including one who allegedly resisted arrest.

Travoy Davis-Johnson, 21, of Chicago was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing/resisting a peace officer for his alleged role in the fight. Alexis Wallace, 21, of Aurora picked up an aggravated battery charge after an allegation was made that she battered someone. Cleveland Saunders, 50, of Naperville was also charged with aggravated battery as police say he was "engaged" in a battery.

The charges of aggravated battery against Wallace and Saunders stemmed from their being in the public way at the time of the offense, police said.
