64-Year-Old Peeping Tom Arrested in Montgomery: Police
Man has a history of similar incidents, police said.

A 64-year-old Montgomery man was arrested after a short foot pursuit late Thursday after allegedly being spotted looking into the window of a home in the 1800 block of Ness Way, police said.
Daivd Lee Jones, of the 3200 block of Kenilworth Lane, was arrested after police responded to a report of a person looking into the window of a home at around 9 p.m.
Jones was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit and issued two complaints — one for disorderly conduct and one for resisting an officer, police said.

“David Lee Jones has an extensive criminal history dating back 20 years with the same or similar incidents,“ Montgomery Police Chief Daniel Meyers said, adding that the investigation is open and continuing.
“We are investigating past instances of this same type of behavior,” Meyers said.

Jones was released pending a March 28 court appearance, police said.
