Arrests occurred between May 28 and June 4.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

May 28

Theresa A. Ulery, 55, of the 24 block of Roxbury Lane, Montgomery, was arrested for domestic battery after an altercation with her husband. She was also charged with criminal damage to property.

May 31

Lacy N. Garza, 30, of the 500 block of E. New York Street, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after being involved in a traffic accident. She was also cited for failure to reduce speed.

Karla B. Soto-Silva, 18, of the 1200 block of S. Fifth Street, Aurora, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration after police observed her vehicle traveling S/B on the 1400 block of Douglas Road.

June 1

Loyda I. Sowad, 32, of the 300 block of Montgomery Road, Montgomery, was cited for animals at large after police responded to the area several times for reports of her dogs running loose in the area on May 31.

June 2

David R. Dokken, 36, of the 800 block of Charles Street, Aurora, was arrested for DUI after police stopped his vehicle for squealing his tires. He was also cited for illegal squealing of tires and illegal transportation of open alcohol. Dokken was also charged with theft after he pumped $25.10 worth of gasoline into his vehicle and left without paying.

June 4

Margarita O. Garcia, 25, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive, Montgomery, was arrested on a McHenry County Sheriff’s Office warrant for driving while license suspended.

Brea T. Weathersby, 22, of the 1700 block of Heatherstone Avenue, Montgomery, was cited for no valid driver’s license after being involved in a traffic accident.
