For the second year, Beats & Eats will return to Oswego’s Prairie Point Park, 4120 Plainfield Rd.
The all-day outdoor concert is set for noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, featuring a new lineup of music and food vendors.
The event “is a celebration that promotes the variety and importance of music, art, food and culture,” according to the Beats & Eats website, and “promotes sustainability, shopping locally and thinking greener, as well as, making a contributable difference in the community through various charitable organizations, such as, Chicago Bears Care, the Wounded Warriors Project, the Kendall County Food Pantry and others local charities.”
