Cool Application of Week: Viewing it All

It's a short CAW this week, just one application for your toolbox of goodies.

IrfanView is the can opener of all viewers. With this little gem, you can open, save, and view just about anything and then some. So give it a try!.

OK, not a CAW, but I spoke a few weeks ago about tablet PCs working the pricing downward, well I was right. HP today is pulling out of tablet and phone (palm) PC development, according to ZDNET.

This is more to do with Google purchasing Motorola, and while they also are selling/spinning off the PC line, similar to what IBM did years ago, one wonders how the playing field will be changing soon.

I would watch for great HP/Compaq computer deals over the next few weeks!
