Car Burglaries In Montgomery: Kendall Co. Sheriff's Office

Montgomery crime reports for Aug. 15 to Aug. 18, 2018.

Wednesday, Aug. 15

Burglary

Kendall County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle in the 0-99 block of Hillcrest Court, Montgomery, at 6:39 a.m., Aug. 16. Sheriff's officials said during the investigation it was determined an unlocked vehicle was entered at 6:30 p.m., Aug. 15, and several items were stolen. KCSO said the investigation continues.

Thursday, Aug. 16

Burglary

KCSO Deputies responded to the 0-100 block of Circle Drive West, Montgomery, at 6 a.m., Aug. 16 for a burglary to a motor vehicle. Sheriff's officials said several items were taken from two unlocked vehicles an hour prior. KCSO said the investigation continues.

Possession

KCSO Deputies reported Jalen K. Ruff, 25, of the 3300 block of Pecos Circle, Montgomery, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a felony charge, at 10:48 a.m., Aug. 16.

Friday, Aug. 17

Suspended or revoked license

Noe Denova, 50, of the 2000 block of William Drive, Montgomery, was charged in a second or subsequent offense with driving on a suspended or revoked license, at 9:50 a.m., Aug. 17.

Saturday, Aug. 18

Criminal damage to property

Montgomery Police Department officials reported Adolph Sanz, 67, of the 2400 block of Riva Ridge, Montgomery, was arrested at 9:32 p.m., Aug. 18 after police responded to his home on a report of domestic violence. Police said Sanz was charged with criminal damage to property and was released on bond with a pending court date in Yorkville.

Driving on a suspended license, warrant

Police said Steven Sanders, 51, of the 6000 block of Fairfield Avenue, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Police said officers stopped his vehicle at 11:17 p.m., Aug. 18, on Route 30 and Lake Street, for having no rear plate light. According to police, Sanders also had a failure to appear on a warrant out of Will County for driving on a suspended license. He was transported to Kane County Jail.
