Child Neglect, Retail Theft: Montgomery Blotter

Incidents occurred between May 3 and May 9.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

May 3

Taroya Beard, 26, of the 2400 block of Simon Drive, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant out of Kendall County Sheriff’s Office for child neglect/endangerment.

Alfredo Diaz-Rodriquez, 34, of the 7000 block of Manchester Ave, Plainfield, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after police stopped his vehicle for Improper Lighting.

May 4

Daniel Fitzpatrick, 22, of the 100 block of West Rickert Drive, Oswego, was arrested for retail theft after an employee observed Fitzpatrick conceal items and walk past the last point of sale.

Resident reported someone entered her unlocked Nissan Altima and took items from the center console.

LaTroy Moore, 35, of the 600 block of South River Street, Aurora, was arrested for disorderly conduct after police observed him to be panhandling on the median.

May 6

Elizabeth Hoskinson, 47, of the 800 block of Honeysuckle Lane, Aurora, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped her vehicle for improper lane usage.

Marla Maloney, 42, of the 300 block of Rathbone Ave, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her vehicle for speeding. Maloney also had a warrant out of Aurora PD for Domestic Battery.

May 9

Corey Jones, 23, of the 700 block of Oakton Road, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant out of the Kane County Sheriff’s Department for residential burglary and obstructing identification.
