Deputies Respond To 911 Call Hang Up Call In Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, IL —

DUI

Kendall County Sheriff's Deputies reported Jose Actaton Cintron, 45, of the 200 block of Fernwood Road, Montgomery, was arrested on an adult misdemeanor and charged with DUI at 6:40 a.m., July 14.

Sunday, July 15

Driving while license suspended

At 5:08 p.m., July 15, Montgomery Police Officers stopped the car being driven by Maricela Morales, 25, of the 1100 Block 3rd St., LaSalle, after they noticed it had an expired registration sticker. Upon speaking with Morales, officers said they learned her drivers license was suspended during the traffic stop at U.S. 30 at Orchard Rd. Morales was placed under arrest and charged with driving while license suspended. Morales was also cited for expired registration. Morales was released on a signature bond with a future court date in Aurora.

Monday, July 16

Criminal damage to property

Kendall County Sheriff's Deputies reported Jacob Robert Stewart, 22, of the 3200 block of Thomas Lane, Montgomery, was taken into custody and charged with criminal damage to property at 7:22 a.m., July 16.

Domestic Battery

Kendall County Sheriff's Deputies say they responded to the 0-99 block of Old Post Road, Montgomery, just before 9:30 p.m., July 16, for a 911 hang-up call. Officials say the call turned out to be a domestic battery. The incident is currently under investigation.
