Disorderly Conduct, Arrest Warrants: Montgomery Blotter

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty

Dec. 15

Eric Teran-Castorela, 24, of the 700 block of Gates street, Aurora, was arrested for Driving While Registration Suspended after police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation. Teran-Castorela was also issued a citation for Driving While License Suspended.

Donovan Reddoch, 23, of the 000-100 block of Fernwood road, Montgomery, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs or combination of drugs after police responded to a vehicle all over the roadway. Reddoch was transported to the police department where he became combative and obstructed a peace officer. Reddoch was charged with two counts of aggravated battery to a police officer after he bit one of the officers.

Matthew Anderson, 47, of the 2700 block of Avalon Lane, Montgomery, was arrested for disorderly conduct after police were called to the area of 2071 Orchard Rd for a fight involving Anderson.

Dec. 17

Steven Swon, 24, of the 3300 block of Allspice Ct, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police were called to the area of 596 Montgomery Road for a vehicle parked in the lot which was involved in a hit and run. Swon was also issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and no valid registration.

Dec. 18

Oswaldo Aguirre, 24, of the 1300 Grand Boulevard, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of Palatine PD for driving under the influence.

Ricardo Chairez, 25, of the 11000 block of Lawndale Ave, Alsip, was arrested on a warrant out of Aurora PD for battery and disorderly conduct.
