Domestic Battery, Unlawful Restraint, Warrants: Montgomery Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Sept. 29

Bassam Siaj, 54, of the 2700 block of Savoy Lane, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department for unlawful restraint.

Randa Abbas, 24, of the 2700 block of Savoy Lane, Montgomery, was arrested on a valid warrant out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery.

Intisarra Alshammari, 41, of the 2700 block of Savoy Lane, Montgomery, was arrested on a valid warrant out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery and unlawful restraint.

Sept. 30

Corry Norris, 43, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for speeding.

Margarita Deloera-Leyva, 30, of the 300 block of Root Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her for a traffic violation.

Adrienne Thome, 26, of the 000-100 block of Rocky Way, Montgomery, was issued a notice to appear for unlawful possession of cannabis after police stopped her vehicle for speeding.

Oct. 3

Gabriela Gonzalez, 22, of the 700 block of Kane Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her vehicle for speeding.

Maryam Sayaj, 21, of the 2700 block of Village Green Drive, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery.
