DUI, Domestic Battery, Warrants: Montgomery Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Oct. 3

Amber Kluber, 27, of the 400 block of Eola Road, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery. The arrest occurred in the 1000 Block of Wellman Ave.

Efrain Chacon, 40, of the 800 block of South Kendall, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for no rear registration plate light. The arrest occurred in the 1400 Block of Douglas Road.

Oct. 4

Resident reported that someone stole several tools from a GMC Savana van which was parked in the area of 1200 Ogden Ave.

Oct. 5

Dylan Truax, 19, of the 23000 block of McMullin Circle, Plainfield, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs after police stopped his vehicle for failure to signal. The arrest occurred at Buchanan at Thunder Gulch

Oct. 6

Joshua Johnson, 27, of the 1700 block of Sandstone PKWY, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant out of the Kane County Sheriff’s Office for contempt of court. The arrest occurred at Rt. 30 at Blackberry Drive

Ariel Villa, 20, of the 1100 block of Church Road, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her vehicle for no rear registration light. Villa was also issued a complaint for obstructing identification. The arrest occurred at Douglas Rd. at Sherman Ave.

Oct. 9

Dantrell Tines, 22, of the 2200 block of Rebecca Circle, Montgomery, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after police arrested Tines on two warrants out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department for driving on a suspended driver’s license and criminal damage to property. The arrest occurred at Rt 30 at Orchard Road.
