DUI, Paintballs Shot at House: Montgomery Blotter
Incidents occurred between April 27 and May 1.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
April 27
Several trailers at the Rt 30 storage facility were broken into in the overnight hours. Several pieces of lawn equipment were taken out of the trailers which were parked in the lot. Anyone with information regarding the theft is asked to call the Montgomery Police Department Investigation Division at 331-212-9058.
April 28
Amber Constantino, 33, of the 2000 block of Fox Point Circle, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for improper passing on the shoulder.
April 29
Adam Benson, 43, of the 1700 block of Ivy Lane, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant out of the Will County Sheriff’s Office.
April 30
Isidro Huerta, 24, of the 700 block of Lafayette St, Aurora, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police observed the vehicle he was driving pull into a parking lot. Huerta was also issued citations for no valid driver’s license and no insurance.
Residents reported someone shot several paintballs at a house in the area of 1300 Royal Drive causing damage to the house and vehicles.
May 1
Dammon Miller, 37, of the 400 block of Galena, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after police stopped his vehicle for disobeying a traffic control device.
Kathy Paulraj, 29, of the 6000 block of Audrey Drive, Yorkville, was arrested for retail theft after an employee observed her take several items and exited the store without paying for the items.
