DUI, Retail Theft: Montgomery Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Aug. 29

Mario Flores, 21, of the 700 block of S. Broadway, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license revoked after police stopped his vehicle for speeding.

Aug. 31

Eric Crabtree, 33, of the 100 block of Northampton Drive, Oswego, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for no front registration plate.

Sept. 1

Charise Walters, 26, of the 2800 block of Heather Lane, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for speeding. Walters was also issued a complaint for resisting a peace officer.

Jacob Stewart, 20, of the 3200 block of Thomas Lane, Montgomery, was arrested for violation of bail bond after police were called to an address in the 3200 block of Thomas Lane.

Cristobal Morales, 28, of the 400 block of Lincoln Ave, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license revoked after police stopped his vehicle for speeding.

Sept. 2

Arron Mercer, 32, of the 000-100 block of Cherrytree Court, Woodridge, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for no registration plate light.

Juan Posada, 35, of the 300 block of Benton Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license revoked after police stopped his vehicle for no rear registration plate light.

Sept. 3

Jaime Martinez, 45, of the 400 block of Park Street, Plano, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for failure to signal.

Ramon Acosta, 48, of the 2300 block of Amsterdam Circle, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while registration suspended after police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation.
