DUI, Retail Theft, Warrants: Montgomery Blotter

July 28

Abigail Alonso, 23, of the 2000 block of Foxpoint Drive, Aurora, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped her vehicle for improper lane usage.

July 30

Max Miller, 27, of the 400 block of Lake Road, Millerton, PA was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police observed his vehicle to be parked on the roadway

July 31

Lauren Previti, 33, of the 12000 block of 29th Street Everett, WA was arrested on a warrant out of Tennessee for criminal simulation.

Aug. 2

Nancy Theriot, 51, of the 700 block of Cleveland Court, Aurora, was arrested for operating motor vehicle while registration suspended after police stopped her vehicle for a traffic violation. Theriot was also issued a citation for driving while license revoked.

Aug. 3

Montrae Brannon, 33, of the 000-100 block of Cannonball Trail, Bristol, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her vehicle for expired registration.

Aug. 6

Sharius Turner, 23, of the 1500 block of Superior Street, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of the Kane County Sheriff’s Department for retail theft.

Quecina Merriweather, 26, of the 800 block of Lake Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for speeding.

Aug. 8

Brenda Lee, 42, of the 1400 block of Waldon Circle, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her vehicle for improper lighting.

Detrick Walton, 39, of the 300 block of Spencer Street, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant for a family offense.
