DUI, Warrants, Disorderly Conduct: Montgomery Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

June 21

Sergio Martinez, 19, and Treshon J. Weddington, 19, both from the 2400 Block of Geneva Lane in Montgomery, were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to the area for a call of suspicious persons. They were also both charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor. Two others, Gamboa Edilberto, 20, from Oswego and Anthony R. Delgado, 19, from Montgomery, were also cited for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor.

Shiara T Rivera-Nevarez, 20, of the 1100 Block of Hinman Street, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after being involved in a traffic accident. She was also cited for no insurance.

Glen T Fowler, 33, of the 900 Block of Aurora Ave, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended. He was also cited for illegal squealing of tires.

Nathaniel L Booker, 19, of the 1200 Block of S. Fourth Street, Aurora, was arrested on a Kendall County arrest warrant for aggravated battery after police made contact with him at a park after dark.

June 22

Katie Braatz, 24, of the 800 Block of 2nd Avenue, Aurora, was arrested for disorderly conduct after police made contact with her after soliciting in the roadway.

June 23

Jimmy A. Gonzales, 20, of the 400 Block of Watson Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for failure to yield.

Tyree D. Weathersby, 18, of the 20 Block of Afton Drive, Montgomery, was arrested on three outstanding warrants out of the Aurora PD for battery, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia, after the vehicle he was in was stopped for speeding.

Nathaniel D. Dykeman, 42, of the 1000 Block of Four Seasons Blvd, Aurora, turned himself in to the Montgomery PD for an outstanding warrant for domestic battery.

Mario A. Peres-Garcia, 31, of the 300 Block of Rosewood Ave, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after police stopped his vehicle for having an expired registration.

Ariana Hales, 30, of the 19000 Block of Linvale Drive, Aurora, Colorado, was arrested for DUI after she drove her vehicle into a ditch. She was also cited for illegal transportation of alcohol.

Latroy D. Moore, 36, of the 600 Block of River Street, Aurora, was arrested for disorderly conduct after police made contact with him after soliciting in the roadway.

June 25

Miguel A. Mondragon, 19, of the 70 Block of N. Anderson Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped the vehicle he was driving for speeding. He was also cited for no insurance.
