DUI, Warrants: Montgomery Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven. Arrest records are from the Montgomery Police Department.

Aug. 16

Nicholas Leasure, 22, of the 100 block of Riverside Drive, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant out of the Kane County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery.

Elizabeth Sams, 28, of the 300 block of California Ave, Aurora, was arrested on two warrants out of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department for DUI and battery.

Resident reported someone threw an object at her 2012 GMC Yukon damaging the passenger side window.

Yochelin Loera Gamboa, 22, of the 400 block of Michigan Ave, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after her vehicle was involved in an accident.

Aug. 17

Cori Foote, 39, of the 600 block of Webster Lane, Naperville, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police were informed of a female sleeping behind the wheel of her vehicle.

Christopher Donelson, 20, of the 2200 block of Margaret Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for failure to yield turning left.

Pedro Beltran-Gomez, 44, of the 700 block of Watson, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license revoked after police stopped his vehicle for one red taillight.

Aug. 19

Wendy Griffin, 41, of the 2200 block of Jason Drive, Montgomery, was arrested on a warrant out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department for violation of a court order.

Aug. 20

Fernando Pou, 34, of the 2000 block of Fox Pointe Drive, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of the Aurora Police Department for traffic violations.

Ruben Acosta, 24, of the 100 block of Calhoun Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation.
