Foster Invites Constituents to Participate in "Valentines for Vets"

Valentines should be dropped off at Congressman Foster's offices by Monday, February 9th.

Aurora, IL -- Today, Congressman Bill Foster announced his office is again participating in the “Valentines for Veterans” program. Foster is encouraging schools, groups and individuals throughout the Eleventh Congressional District to create a Valentine’s Day greeting for a veteran. Last year, over 1,500 valentines were delivered to the Joliet Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) run by the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital.

“This Valentine’s Day, I hope our community will once again show our veterans the support they deserve by thanking them for their service and acknowledging their sacrifices,” Foster said.

Valentine’s greetings may be dropped off at any of Foster’s district offices Monday-Friday, 9am -5pm through Monday, February 9th.  Information can be found at foster.house.gov.
