Fox Valley Youth Orchestras Auditions

The Fox Valley Academy of Music Performance invites student-musicians, ages 7- 18, to audition to become members of the Academy for its 2015-2016 season. Auditions are also being held for any student-musicians who would like to participate in the Academy’s “Summer Symphony” Program which culminates in a concert on June 28th. Strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion players should prepare a brief solo and scales for the audition. Auditions are scheduled for Sunday, May 17th (or by appointment) at the Eden Supportive Living Center in North Aurora. The Fox Valley Academy of Music Performance is a non-profit community organization which includes the Academy Orchestra and Youth Strings ensembles.
