How Allstate Takes Advantage Of Their Customers

My family and I lost our home and contents in Aug 2011 due to a fire and an Allstate agent Tim Arrenius - 921 N Lake St, Aurora, IL 60506 - Tim does not follow protocol for claims, he uses Mike Brill from Rainbow International Restoration-208 Amendodge Dr. 
Shorewood, IL 60404 to empty your home and clean what is salvageable from whatever disaster you have-when you call Allstate claims to claim your losses Allstate will not cover anything due to the fact that they do not recommend Rainbow-Tim will then tell you he will handle it and you will never hear from him again -even though we had the best homeowners policy Allstate will not help us-we are still struggling to recover our losses and cannot get past the fact that no one can help-I saw several attorneys and I was told I have multiple lawsuits but no lawyer will take my case since they will be spending too much time on my cases and not able to take others-this has put my family in a horrible financial state upon losing my job in Dec-I hope whoever reads this will pass the information to everyone they know so they don't end up ever having to go through this-I guess you're not in good hands with ALLSTATE after all-thank you for reading
