Minor Injuries in Lane Change Crash
A 21-year-old Oswego man was cited for the accident.

OSWEGO TOWNSHIP — A car attempting to change lines spun out of control Friday morning after hitting the car in front of it.
According to a release from the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, Luis Rodriguez, 21, of the 100 block of Hickory St. in Oswego, was driving northbound on Rt. 31 south of Caterpillar Dr. when he went to change lines and struck the rear of a vehicle driven by a 26-year-old Oswego woman.
Both vehicles spun out of control, crossed a raised median and came to rest on the shoulder of the southbound lanes.

The woman had minor injuries but refused medical treatment.
Rodriguez was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and following too closely.
