Montgomery Blotter: DUI, No Valid License

Incidents occurred between Oct. 29 and Nov. 2.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.

Oct. 29

James Howell, 44, of the 1200 Block of 4th Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving without a valid driver’s license. He was also charged with having no front license plate and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Luis Melchor-Unzueta, 30, of the 600 Anderson Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving without a valid driver’s license. He was also charged with disobeying a traffic control signal and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Noel Nieves, 21, of the 50 Block of Circle Drive East, Montgomery, was arrested for having a valid warrant out for his arrest during a traffic stop.

Daniel Shamblin, 46, of the 1600 block of New York Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was also charged with only having one headlight and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Claudia Gandarilla-Sosa, 29, of the 800 Block of Bishop Ave, Aurora, was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license. She was also charged with improper lane usage.

John Howe, 56, of the 1700 Block of Vermont Street, Hannibal MO, was arrested for driving under the Influence. He was also charged with operating motor vehicle while using an electronic communication device.

Oct. 31

Mark Kirby, 48, of the 10 Block of Prairie Street, Sugar Grove, was arrested for driving under the influence. He was also charged with speeding, driving with a revoked driver’s license, illegal transportation of alcohol, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Nov. 2

Daniel Sosa, 19, of the 1300 Block Glen Circle, Aurora, was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was also charged with a loud muffler, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
