Montgomery Blotter: Possession of Cannabis, DUI

Defendants are innocent until proved guilty.

Oct. 23

Geurardo Aguirre, 22, of the 2200 Block of Grand Boulevard, Aurora, was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis after he was stopped for disobeying a traffic control signal.

Oct. 24

Delmar Cooper, 47, of the 1200 Block of Light Road, Oswego, was arrested for driving with a revoked driver’s license. He was also charged with no valid registration, attempting to elude a peace officer, disobeying signal indicating a train approaching, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Alfonso Ramirez, 39, of the 500 Block of Pierce Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also charged with improper lane usage, driving with a revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and illegal transportation of alcohol.

Oct. 25

Amy Waid, 36, of the 300 block of California Ave., Aurora, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. She was also charged with driving without lights when required and endangering the health/safety of child.

Pablo Rebollar, 38, of the 2300 Block of Kenneth Ave, Chicago, was arrested for driving without a valid driver’s license. He was also charged with improper lane usage.
