Montgomery Blotter: Retail Theft, Property Damage

Incidents occurred between Sept. 26 and Oct. 4.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.

Sept. 26

Shakiyla Brown, 23, of the 1300 block of Durham Drive, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her vehicle for disobeying a traffic control device.

Sept. 28

Resident reported unknown suspect (s) damaged the rear screen door of her residence located in the 1200 block of Lebanon Street.

Jorge Chairez-Aguilera, 47, of the 500 block of Lake Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for failure to signal when required.

Sept. 30

Brandon Murphy, 27, of the 200 block of Mill Street, Yorkville, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for speeding. Murphy also had a warrant for his arrest out of Kendall County for possession of cannabis.

Oct. 2

Devonn Deleon, 22, of the 200 block of Linn Court, North Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after he was involved in a motor vehicle crash.

Oct. 4

Oswaldo Quintanilla, 40, of the 500 block of Ashland Avenue, Aurora, was arrested for retail theft after he pushed a shopping cart filled with several items past the last point of sale. Quintanilla also had a warrant for his arrest out of Kane County for domestic battery.

Porcha Walton, 26, of the 500 block of Silver Charm Drive, Oswego, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her vehicle for failure to properly secure child under 8 years of age.

Daryl McCoy, 29, of the 100 block of Bertram Drive, Yorkville, was arrested for driving when registration is suspended after police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation.

Keena Walker, 21, of the 900 block of Front Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while registration suspended after police stopped her vehicle.
