Open House Will Show Montgomery's Sidewalk Gap Plan

The public is invited to learn about the village of Montgomery's five-year sidewalk installation gap plan.

MONTGOMERY, IL - Residents will have an opportunity to find out more about the village of Montgomery's proposed five-year sidewalk gap installation plan, which includes construction of sidewalk and shared use paths throughout the village, during an open house public meeting session. The session is planned from 5-6:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 8 at the Community Room at Village Hall, 200 N. River St.

There will be two exhibits showcased at the meeting, according to Kendall County NOW. One will show the village's current bike path system and another that will show the proposed five-year sidewalk gap plan. Handouts will show the locations and project limits and representatives from Engineering Enterprises Inc. will be on hand o discuss the project.
