Jacob D. Neumann, 22, 476 Madison Court, Oswego, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. May 17 on an Adult Felony Charge by Kendall County Sheriff Officials. He's been charged and booked on four counts of Criminal Sexual Assault.

Jessica B. Schwartz, 20, of 3924 Platt Street, Plano, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. May 17 on an Adult Misdemeanor Charge by Kendall County Sheriff Officials. She was charged with one count of Suspended or Revoked Drivers License.

Rodney Slaughter, 47, of 215 E. New York Street, Aurora, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. May 17 and charged with an in-state warrant, Kendall County Sheriff's Office says.
