Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle: Montgomery Blotter

Arrests occurred between April 16 and April 25.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


April 16

Shakiyla Brown, 24, of the 1300 block of Durham Street, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of the Aurora PD for a traffic offense.

April 17

Tia Frierson, 31, of the 2000 block of Kevin Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped her vehicle for speeding.

April 18

Kyle Koller, 19, of the 300 block of Barnaby Drive, Oswego, was arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor after police observed him in a parked vehicle in the 2400 block of Lenox Circle.

Josiah Castillo, 20, of the 800 block of Mystic Court, Oswego, was arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor after police observed him in a parked vehicle in the 2400 block of Lenox Circle. Castillo also had a warrant out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office for possession of alcohol by a minor.

April 22

Officers arrived on scene in the 1800 block of Douglas Road for a pedestrian that was struck by a moving vehicle. The pedestrian was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for her injuries.

April 23

Jonathan Rodriguez, 23, of the 3300 block of Elmwood Drive, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for no rear registration plate light.

Justin Logue, 26, of the 800 block of Charles Street, Plano, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs after police observed his vehicle to be parked behind a business in the 1700 block of Douglas Rd. Logue was also issued a complaint for obstruction of identification and theft.

Denisa Saucedo, 57, of the 1000 block of Talma, Aurora, was arrested for driving while registration suspended for no insurance after police stopped her vehicle for a traffic violation.

April 25

Daniel Herman, 19, of the 000-100 block of Farnsworth Ave, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for speeding.

Guillermina Maldonado, 57, of the 400 block of Highland Ave, Aurora, was arrested for retail theft after a loss prevention employee observed maldonado push a cart loaded with unpaid merchandise past the last point of sale.
