Sexual exploitation

Kendall County Sheriff's Office Deputies are investigating a report of a sexual exploitation incident on the internet. Deputies reported the incident taking place in the 100 block of Tealwood Road, in unincorporated Montgomery, at 6:26 p.m., Aug. 13. No arrests have been made as the incident is under investigation.

Criminal damage to property

Kendall County Sheriff's Office Deputies reported responding to the 0-99 block of Pomeroy Road for a report of criminal damage to property. An investigation is underway as a person reported a window was broken out of their vehicle, taking place at 9:30 p.m., Aug. 12.

Assault

Montgomery Police Department officials reported Jefferson Saunders, 23, of the 1400 Block of Black Oak Trail, Aurora, was arrested for assault after he tried to interfere with police while officers were taking another person into custody in the 400 block of North Main Street, at 9:56 p.m., Aug. 11. Police said they were originally called to the area to investigate a disturbance call. Saunders was charged with assault, resisting and obstructing a peace officer. Police said he later posted bond and was released with a pending court date.

Domestic battery

Montgomery police reported another arrest in the same location listed above at the same date and time. Stephanie Delgado, 23, of the 700 block of Talma, Aurora, was arrested for domestic battery after police saw her batter her boyfriend, police reported. Police were initially called to the location to investigate a disturbance call. Police said Delgado was later transported to the Kane County Jail to await a bond call.

Criminal trespassing

Montgomery police said Paul Arnold, 55, of the 2200 block of Countryside, Montgomery, was arrested for criminal trespass after he entered a business at 5:07 p.m., Aug. 11, that he had previously trespassed in the 2000 block of Orchard Drive. He was charged with criminal trespassing and was released on bond with a pending court date, police reported.
