Retail Theft, Obstructing ID: Montgomery Blotter

Arrests and incidents occurred between Nov. 9 and Nov. 15.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Nov. 9

A 2013 Hyundai Elantra and 2010 Nissan Murano were involved in a property damage accident. The driver of the Hundai, Daniel Voss of the 3200 block of Spokane Way was cited for failure to yield.

A 2008 Grand Cherokee and a 2008 Chrysler Pacifica were involved in a property damage accident. No injuries

A 2001 Pontiac Grand AM and a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country were involved in a property damage accident. The driver of the Grand AM was issued a citation for speeding.

Aspen Lackland, of the 2600 block Sullivan Rd. in Aurora, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart.

Nov. 11

Branndon Foster of the 100 Block of Central Ave Aurora was arrested for driving on a suspended license. He was also cited for expired registration.

Nov. 13

Evelyn Betsinger, 37, of the 900 block of Ziegler Ave., Aurora, was arrested on a warrant for obstructing identification out of Kendall County.

A Chevy Equinox was struck while parked in the 2200 block of Margaret Dr. by a Toyota 4Runner. A police report was taken and no citations were issued.

Nov. 14

No injuries were reported when officers responded to a report of an accident involving two vehicles.

No injuries were reported when an unoccupied construction semi rolled through the parking lot striking a parked car and a tree.

Danny Presnell, 23, 100 block Iris Ct., Oswego was arrested for driving while license suspended after officers stopped his vehicle for an expired registration. Presnell was also cited for expired registration sticker.

Two separate residences were damaged after someone spray painted on vinyl siding of the houses.

No injuries were reported when officers responded to a report of an accident involving three vehicles.

Minor injuries were reported when officers responded to a report of an accident involving two vehicles.

Nov. 15

Adam Howard, 29, of the 9000 block of Corniels Rd. in Bristol was charged with driving while license suspended after officers responded to a report of a single vehicle crash involving injuries. Howard was also cited for operating uninsured motor vehicle.

Adrianna Horton, 21, 300 Block E. Abe St., Plano, was arrested for driving while license suspended after she was involved in a single vehicle crash. Horton was also cited for having a suspended registration and operating uninsured motor vehicle.
