Retail Theft, Possession of Cannabis: Montgomery Blotter

Incidents occurred between Nov. 19 and Nov. 26.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.

Nov. 19

Elmer Flores, 25, of the 0-100 block of Union Street, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after police stopped his vehicle for no plate light.

Nov. 20

Jack Crague, 40, of the 2100 block of Best Place, Aurora, was arrested for aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage. Crague was also issued a citation for failure to yield to emergency vehicle and driving while license revoked.

Nov. 24

Drew Kutschke, 19, of the 600 block of Manhattan Circle, Oswego, was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis after police received information of a suspicious vehicle in the area of 2000 Kate Drive.

Noe Salazar-Moreno, 21, of the 500 block of North Ave, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for no plate light.

Nov. 25

Heather Huffman, 39, of the 1000 block of Lafayette, Aurora, was arrested for retail theft after a loss prevention employee observed Huffman place several items into her purse and exit the store without paying for the merchandise.

Mario Garcia, 21, of the 100 block of Smith Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for driving without headlights when required.

Leticia Varela, 35, of the 100 block of Evans Ave, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license revoked after police stopped his vehicle for failure to wear seatbelt.

Jazmin Gutierrez, 34, of the 1100 block of Churchill Road, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of will county for failure to appear/no valid driver’s license.

Nov. 26

Abigail Alonso, 23, of the 700 block of Schomer Ave, Aurora, was arrested for resisting/obstructing a peace officer after police gave verbal commands for her to place her hands behind her back at which time she refused by pulling away from arresting officers.

Resident reported someone went into their vehicle and removed USC from a wallet.

Jesse Gonzalez, 55, of the 300 block of Ingleside Drive, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant out of Aurora PD for disorderly conduct.
