Semi Truck Stolen from Business: Montgomery Blotter

Incidents occurred between Feb. 14 and Feb. 22.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


Feb. 14

Ariana Hales, 29, of the 19000 block of Linvale Drive, Aurora, CO, was arrested for criminal damage to property after she kicked a door breaking it from its hinges.

Feb. 15

Timothy Behnke, 27, of the 000-100 block of Tyler Street, Oswego, was arrested on a warrant out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department for violation of court order.

Feb. 17

Rosa Carrillo, 44, of the 2400 block of Sir Barton, Montgomery, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after police stopped her vehicle for driving in the wrong lane.

Feb. 18

A business owner reported his 2006 Black Peterbilt Semi truck was stolen from a business in the 1200 block of South Lake Street.

Eric Robinson, 47, of the 200 block of Sherman Ave, Montgomery, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police observed his vehicle running in a parking lot with Robinson sleeping in the driver’s seat. Robinson was also issued citations for illegal transportation of alcohol and no valid insurance.

Feb. 20

Ariana Cortez, 26, of the 400 block of Titsworth Court, Aurora, was arrested on warrants out of Aurora PD for driving while license suspended, obstructing, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and resisting. Cortez also had a warrant out of DuPage County SO for driving while license suspended.

Someone threw a light bulb at a vehicle parked on the side of the road causing damage to a 1995 Ford Explorer.

Feb. 21

Adam Johanneson, 26, of the 1500 block of Foxhill Road, Naperville, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol after police observed his vehicle in the ditch. Johanneson was also issued a citation for improper lane usage.

Feb. 22

Catherine Myers, 26, of the 000-100 block of Pembrook Road, Montgomery, was arrested for retail theft after she attempted to walk out of the store without paying for the merchandise. Myers also had a warrant out of Kendall County for fraud/unlawful use of a credit card.
