All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

May 8

Resident reported someone broke out the front window of his Nissan Rogue and stole miscellaneous items from inside the vehicle.

Resident reported someone stole two mountain bikes from inside his open garage.

Montgomery police responded to the 2300 block of Lakewood Creek Drive on a burglary call. Upon arrival officers were informed someone entered the building and damaged some of the doors inside the building.

May 10

Destiny Ross, 18, of the 2400 block of Courtyard Circle, Aurora, was arrested for retail theft after employees observed Ross pass the last point of sale with items that were not paid for.

May 11

Resident reported someone damaged the rear fender of her 2009 Mercury Mariner by using a sharp object to scratch the fender.

Tyler Vervynck, 21, of the 1700 block of Middlebury Drive, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for disobeying a traffic control device.

May 14

Arlene Depratto, 46, of the 800 block of Galena Blvd, Aurora, was arrested for no valid driver’s license after police stopped her vehicle for improper lighting-one headlight.

May 16

Raul Zavala, 42, of the 500 block of Lake Street, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for speeding. Zavala also had a warrant out of the Kane County Sheriff’s Office for driving while license suspended.
