Tires Stolen from Van, Retail Theft: Montgomery Blotter

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Feb. 1

Someone stole tires from three vans which were parked in a parking lot in the 1800 block of Aucutt Road.

Feb. 2

Resident reported someone damaged the driver side door panels on his 2001 Chevrolet Silverado pickup.

Resident reported someone went into his unlocked Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and stole a Garmin Nuvi GPS valued at $285.

Feb. 3

Christopher Ocasio, 43, of the 400 block of Lincoln, Aurora, was arrested for driving while license suspended after police stopped his vehicle for expired registration.

Feb. 4

Yu Peng Zeng, 58, of the 2300 block of Mayfield Drive, Montgomery, was arrested for retail theft after he concealed merchandise and left the store without paying for the items.

Feb. 5

Danielle Pendell, 44, of the 1300 block of Hinkley Street, Montgomery, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs after she admitted to driving to a gas station from her residence.

Feb. 6

Catherine Myers, 26, of the 000-100 block of Pembrook Road, Montgomery, was arrested for retail theft after she concealed merchandise and left the store without paying for the items.
