U.S. Marshals Apprehend Montgomery Fugitive

MONTGOMERY, IL — Members of the U.S. Marshals Service Great Lakes Regional Fugitive
Task Force and Kendall County Sheriff’s Office apprehended a Montgomery man wanted for multiple felony charges last week. Joseph Urso, 44, was taken into custody Thursday in the 100 block of Garden Drive in Montgomery, according to the sheriff's office.

misdemeanor domestic battery and two felony counts of a violation of an order of protection. He had been a fugitive since Tuesday, police said.
"The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office would like to remind citizens to call Crime Stoppers to report any information regarding fugitive’s whereabouts," police said in a news release.
