Recently, the Village of Montgomery confirmed Jason Carey, as one of the new Water Treatment Plant Operators. Carey began his career as a as a sales representative within the industry selling water treatment chemicals, equipment and servicing water paraphernalia.

“Being part of the Village of Montgomery team has been a huge learning curve but great to get to know everyone. The staff is very knowledgeable about keeping the Village drinking water safe for all to use; seeing what a large operation this is has been sensational to observe.”

When Carey isn’t working at the Village, he’s keeping busy with outdoor recreation activities such as paintballing and woodworking “I like to keep active and do as much as I can outdoors.”
