Y'all Come Back Now, Y'hear?
Editor Andre Salles runs down Montgomery Patch's lineup of regular weekly content.

Wow, what a week.
Montgomery Patch launched Tuesday. That’s only three days ago but it feels like four months, and they’ve gone by in a blur. I’ve only now realized that I haven’t taken the time to say hello, and thank you all for visiting this site.
So. Hello! And thank you. I’m glad you’re here.

But more than that, I want you to come back. And then come back again. And after that, come back some more.
So for the past few weeks, I’ve been busy putting together a lineup of regular content, things you can expect to see every week at the same time.

This will be in addition to the regular news and community stories we’ll be bringing you all the time. But you never know when those are going to show up. I wanted to make sure I had regular features you could set your watch to. And now I do.
What follows is a day-by-day rundown of those features. Unless otherwise noted, they’ll be on the site by 6 a.m., so you can enjoy them all day. And if you have other ideas for regular columns or contests or what have you, please send them my way. I want to give you what you want.
Now pay attention. There will be a quiz later.

Something special that I’m calling Steeplechase. I plan to start this next week, if I get it ready, but I want to keep it under wraps until I get all the details worked out. (Aah! Suspense!)
So there you have it. Don’t worry if you don’t remember all of this. I’ll be posting on Facebook and Twitter (@MontILPatch) whenever something new hits the site. I want Montgomery Patch to be a place you want to be every day. And don’t be afraid to let me know how we’re doing. I’m at andre.salles@patch.com.
See you in Week Two! And thanks again.
