$100 Sign-On Bonus Available For Naperville Park District Jobs

NAPERVILLE, IL — The Naperville Park District is offering incentives to get people to apply for jobs as the summer season approaches. A $100 bonus is available for hirees who apply for eligible jobs by April 15 and a $100 gift card is available for those who refer applicants who get hired.

The $100 bonus will appear on the employee's first park district pay check. The following positions are eligible to receive a $100 bonus:

• Custodial jobs
• Golf maintenance jobs
• Golf operations jobs
• Lifeguards
• Park maintenance jobs
• Tennis instructors
• Trades

As another incentive, the Naperville Park District is offering a $100 park district gift card to those who refer a job applicant who submits an application by May 1 and ends up getting hired. To receive the gift card, the applicant you refer must include your name and phone number on their employment application.
