12 Businesses Cited For Selling Tobacco Products To Minors: Cops
Twelve Naperville businesses were cited during a recent tobacco compliance check.
NAPERVILLE, IL — Twelve businesses were recently cited for selling tobacco products to minors during a compliance check conducted by the Naperville Police Department. The compliance checks were run March 15 and 16 at a total of 76 businesses throughout the city.
Citations were issued to the following businesses:
- Dr Lungzzz, 2728 W 75th St.
- Food Plus, 351 E Bailey Rd.
- Mobil (Casey’s), 20 E Ogden Ave.
- Mobil, 1280 W Ogden Ave.
- SHO Mart, 1303 Plainfield-Naperville Rd.
- Smoke O Vapor, 686 S Route 59
- Smoke XL, 1003A W Ogden Ave.
- Smokes N Vapes, 760 N Route 59 #108
- Smokers Choice, 803 E Ogden Ave.
- Smoky Brothers, 2811 Patriots Ln #105
- Speedway, 631 N Route 59
- U Smoke, 931 E Ogden Ave.
The compliance checks were done as part of a statewide effort funded by a grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services Tobacco Enforcement Program.
