2 Cats Rescued During Garage Fire In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — Two cats were rescued and no one was injured in a fire that broke out Monday morning in Naperville.

The fire broke out just after 11 a.m. in the 700 block of Arlington Avenue. When fire crews got to the scene, they found smoke coming from the home's attached garage. A fire was located inside the garage and quickly extinguished.

The home was deemed to be habitable and returned to the residents. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
