2 Dogs, Cat Saved After Car Fire In Attached Garage In Naperville
The fire, which broke out late Wednesday, left the home uninhabitable.
NAPERVILLE, IL — Two dogs and a cat were saved by firefighters after a car caught fire in the attached garage of a home in Naperville late Wednesday.
Fire crews were called to a home in the 1000 block of Devonshire Court just after 11:35 p.m. for a report that there was a car on fire in the home's attached garage.
When firefighters got to the scene, they handlines to put out the active fire in the garage. Firefighters stayed at the scene to make sure there were no smoldering areas and the fire had been fully contained.

The blaze, which is estimated to have caused $150,000 in damage, left the home uninhabitable. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
