3 Naperville Playgrounds To Host Ribbon-Cutting Events
Ribbon-cutting events will be held at Eagle Park, Kendall Park and A. George Pradel Park in Naperville in July and August.
NAPERVILLE, IL — Ribbon-cutting events are set for July and August at three Naperville playgrounds that have recently been renovated.
The ribbon-cutting events are as follows:
- July 19 at 5 p.m.: Eagle Park, 724 Bakewell Ln.
- July 26 at 5 p.m.: Kendall Park, 84 W. 5th Ave.
- Aug. 2 at 5 p.m.: A. George Pradel Park, 4519 Pradel Dr.
Giveaways and refreshments are planned for each event, which will feature a ceremonial ribbon cutting and remarks from Naperville officials.

The renovations at Eagle Park included the addition of new playground features and a new picnic shelter with four tables to provide additional seating. Kendall Park's upgrades also include a new picnic shelter that has two tables. New playground equipment was also added to A. George Pradel Park as part of the 2022 renovations, which drew from resident input for inspiration.
