3 Rescued From Townhome Fire In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville firefighters rescued three people from a blaze that broke out in a two-story townhome on Estes Court Wednesday night. A resident in the 1100 block of Estes Court reported the fire just after 8:30 p.m.

When fire crews got to the scene they rushed into the building and helped three people get out safely and without injuries. Firefighters were able to contain the flames in the building's attic and chimney and put out the blaze within 45 minutes.

The building was deemed to be habitable, except for the unit where the fire took place. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
