3rd Fire Reported In Naperville In 2 Days

Naperville firefighters responded to two fires Thursday and one on Friday.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A third fire broke out in Naperville in two days, according to the city's fire department.

Firefighters were called to the 0-100 block of 13th Avenue around 9 a.m. Friday after a home's detached shed caught fire. Fire crews were able to contain and extinguish the blaze before it reached the home.

The fire caused $10,000 in damage and the cause was determined to be unintentional.

Early Thursday morning, a fire broke out in a commercial building on Route 59, causing $100,000 in damage. Later that day, a home on Tussell Street caught fire.
