NAPERVILLE, IL — The unofficial start of summer in Naperville is upon us now that Centennial Beach is open for the 2026 season.
The schedule for 2026 is as follows:
May 26 through Aug. 12: Weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; weekends from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), Saturdays 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sundays 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
June 14, June 28 and July 19: Special Needs Night from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
July 4: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
July 26: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Aug. 13: Closed
Aug. 14: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Aug. 15: 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), 11 a.m. to dusk
Aug. 16: 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Aug. 17 through Aug. 21: Closed
Aug. 24 and Aug. 28: Closed
Aug. 31 through Sept. 1: Closed
Aug. 22, Aug. 29, Sept. 5: 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), 11 a.m. to dusk
Aug. 23, Aug. 30, Sept. 6, Sept. 7: 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m. (adult float), 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Special Needs Nights
Centennial Beach will host three nights for visitors who have special needs. During this time, the pool's shallow end and slide will be open. Admission during these times is $4 per person.
This year's Special Needs Nights will be held June 14, June 28 and July 19 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
General admission to Centennial Beach is as follows:
After 5 p.m., visitors age three and older can get in at a reduced rate of $5 for residents and $9 for nonresidents.

Opened in 1932, Centennial Beach features a zero-depth entry pool that extends as deep as 15 feet and features diving boards and waterslides. Guests can also enjoy a splash area, a sand play area, sand volleyball and order snacks at refreshments at Centennial Grill.
