Schedule Unveiled For Naper Nights 2026 At Naper Settlement (patch.com) — Music lovers in Naperville can look forward to the 2026 Naper Nights concert series at Naper Settlement, kicking off June 19–20 with tribute performances to Aretha Franklin, Sly and the Family Stone, AC/DC and Ozzy Osbourne. Additional July and August dates will feature tributes to artists from ZZ Top and The Doobie Brothers to Taylor Swift, plus food from local vendors and student performances from School of Rock.
2. Work Starts On $2.1M North Central College Riverwalk Park (patch.com) — Naperville residents will soon gain a new connection between North Central College, the Riverwalk and Friedenhagen Park as work begins on the $2.1 million North Central College Riverwalk Park. Funded by state grants and Naperville’s Capital Project Fund, the park will add accessible paths, native landscaping and a lighted gateway, enhancing walkability between Edward Hospital and downtown Naperville.
3. Naperville Police Arrests for June 7-9 (chicagotribune.com) — Naperville police released a rundown of arrests from June 7–9, detailing DUI, battery, retail theft, and warrant cases across streets like Aurora Avenue, Route 59, and Testa Drive. Residents can see when and where officers responded, and that an arrest is not a finding of guilt.
4. Naperville Sports Weekly Award Show 2026 Male Athlete of the Year (nctv17.org) — Naperville-area high school sports fans get a spotlight on standout multi-sport athletes, including Naperville North’s Max Steele, in this year’s Naperville Sports Weekly Male Athlete of the Year lineup.
