NAPERVILLE, IL — Four seats will be available on the Naperville City Council in the 2027 Consolidated Election. Interested parties can pick up nomination petition packets at the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St.

To be eligible to run for city council, residents must be registered City of Naperville voters who have lived in incorporated Naperville for one year or longer.
Petitions may be filed between Oct. 19 and Oct. 26 and can be dropped off at the municipal center between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays during that timeframe.
The 2027 Consolidated Election will be held April 6 and the primaries are scheduled for Feb. 23.
